Limited Warranty & Return Policy

Retro Image Apparel Two LLC ("Retro Two") warrants that the bicycle riding apparel you purchased (the "Product") will be free from material manufacturing defects for a period of 180 days from your original date of purchase (the Warranty Period).


If your Product has a manufacturer's defect within the Warranty Period, you may return it to Retro Two for repair or replacement, at Retro Two's sole election. This is your sole remedy for any failure of the Product. Your Product is intended to be used on a personal, non-professional basis. Any use of the Product on a professional basis, any alternations made to the Product by someone other than Retro Two, and any failure to comply with the washing or care instructions attached to the Product shall void this warranty. This warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser of a Product.


To make a warranty claim with respect to any Product you have purchased, please contact Retro Two at [email protected] to submit warranty claim documentation and to obtain an authorization, if applicable, to return the defective Product(s).


Except as specifically set forth above, Retro Two makes no other warranties or representations, express or implied, and specifically disclaims, to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, all implied warranties and conditions, including, without limitation, the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose.


This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, USA. The parties agree that any suit, action or arbitration proceeding arising out of or relating to this Limited Warranty shall be brought in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, and the parties expressly consent to the personal jurisdiction over them of any state or federal court in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.


Returns Policy


Retro Two wants you to be satisfied with our products.  We carefully inspect products before they are shipped to you.  If you are not satisfied with a product, or it does not fit, you may return or exchange it in accordance with this policy:


  1. The product must be returned to Retro Two, 6425 Hampton Ave., St. Louis, MO 63109, in its original condition as delivered and cannot be washed, worn, or used in any manner;


  1. The product must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the shipping date;


  1. The packing slip or invoice (which includes your order number, name and shipping address) must be included with the return or exchange;



When a product is properly returned and received by us for an exchange, we will ship the replacement jersey to you. 


If a product is returned or exchanged because of our mistake (e.g. if we send you a different design or size than you ordered), we will issue a refund check for your shipping cost.
